diffcraft is led by Georg Schwarz and works closely with Isselthal Industries as a partner in selected projects. We have worked together before, know that the collaboration works, we enjoy working together, and have learned that we can deliver more value together than either side could alone.
Both sides understand software delivery, product decisions, and full-stack software engineering; together we connect architecture, implementation, product direction, and stakeholder needs to solve problems end-to-end.

Georg Schwarz
Founder
Georg holds a Dr.-Ing. in Computer Science for a doctoral thesis on microservice integration. He is a full-stack software engineer with experience from implementation to platform engineering and architecture assessment.
His work spans modern web applications that solve real customer pains to in-depth technical topics such as distributed systems, Kubernetes, microservices, and software architecture. He looks at software systems together with the users, domain constraints, engineering teams, and practices that shape them.

Dr. Philip Heltweg
Project partner
Philip holds a Dr.-Ing. in Computer Science and a master’s in Data Science. He founded Isselthal Industries and has spent ten years working as a full-stack software engineer and technical product manager in industry.
He specialises in product management in complex technical environments, data engineering research, and qualitative requirements work that keeps teams from building the wrong thing. He works at the intersection of technical and non-technical stakeholders, taking independent ownership of hard problems in close collaboration with domain experts.
